Thomas E. Strader (B.S., Biology/Chemistry, University of Missouri, Kansas City, MO) is currently Vice President of Product Development and Sales at Microscopy Innovations and an Honorary Associate Fellow of the University of Wisconsin-Madison College of Engineering. He leads teams of scientists and engineers to develop and commercialize automated laboratory instruments, software and disposable bioreactors used to streamline workflows for clinical TEM (transmission electron microscopy) and regenerative medicine systems. His team also collaborates with the UW-Madison Electron Microcopy Core Lab and UW-Madison School of Veterinary Medicine on infectious disease prevention research funded by a U.S. Department of Defense STTR grant.
