The Class of 2009

Joshua F. Agate (B.S., Biology, 2004) is a Senior Research Assistant at Covance Laboratories responsible for the collection and documentation of pertinent data including animal observations, test material administration, and clinical sample collection.

His reasons for pursuing the M.S. in Biotechnology will allow him to mold together his knowledge of science obtained in his undergraduate education along with the practical knowledge of business he has gained through his work at Covance. He also looks to ultimately return to the area of science for which he holds his greatest passion: research dealing with age related deterioration of the mind.
