Eileen Ng (B.S., Food and Bioprocess Engineering) is a Quality Control Lab Technician with Danisco USA, Inc. in Madison, WI. Her work involves the use of various lab techniques to test and qualify bacterial cultures and dairy ingredients which produce daily in multiple production sites. Her goal in entering the M.S. in Biotechnology is to learn more about the advanced techniques and theories in both technology and business; develop enhanced professional business skills and leadership capabilities, and foster a deeper understanding of practical biotechnology theories.
