Project Management and Leadership is designed to teach, share, practice and integrate project management and leadership skills, as they are applied in the biopharmaceutical and medical device industries. It is designed as part of a comprehensive capstone experience, integrating with other coursework offered in the final semester and throughout the program. The course is designed to highlight changing environments and operations within the global marketplace.
